Ben-Haim ready for debut

Sunderland defender Tal Ben-Haim is looking forward to the challenge of facing Arsenal on Saturday.[LNB] The Israel international joined the Black Cats on loan from Manchester City during the transfer window but he has yet to make an appearance for his new club.[LNB]However, he could make his debut at Emirates Stadium as regular right-back Phil Bardsley is suspended.[LNB]Ben-Haim insists he is ready for action after completing 90 minutes for his country in a friendly against Hungary last week.[LNB]The versatile 26-year-old is confident Sunderland can build on some good recent results by turning in another solid performance at Arsenal.[LNB]"That game (against Hungary) went well and I feel in good shape. I'm happy to be here and I look forward to playing," Ben-Haim said in the Daily Mirror.[LNB]"I have settled in quickly and think the team is going in the right direction. - hopefully we can continue that at Arsenal.[LNB]"Of course, it's a difficult game but you never know in football. We will give it our best shot." [LNB]
