Bantams boost as Reed recruited

radford have completed the loan signing of Sunderland midfielder Adam Reed, who has joined City on a one-month youth loan.[LNB] The 20-year-old spent time on loan with Brentford last season and subject to clearance will go straight into Phil Parkinson's squad for Saturday's league game at Burton.[LNB]Parkinson said: "I saw him play on loan at Brentford last season and I thought he looked a good and hungry young player.[LNB]"I thought he did well at Brentford and I liked the hunger and desire that he showed there.[LNB]"I just think we're lacking a bit in that midfield department at the moment, especially with David Syers being injured and I felt we needed a player in the building to compete for those places. Adam gives us that."
