Just our luck! After scoring for his home side of Ghana against Swaziland, Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan needed to be subbed off the field struggling with a leg problem. Worrying times for both fans and manager alike as Sunderland are struggling to score goals, they will certainly need their best striker.
