Just our luck! After scoring for his home side of Ghana against Swaziland, Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan needed to be subbed off the field struggling with a leg problem. Worrying times for both fans and manager alike as Sunderland are struggling to score goals, they will certainly need their best striker. But further investigation in to the injury have show up to be positive ones after Ghana’s doctors seem to think it’s nothing more than a knock.
