Anton taking advice from Rio

Anton Ferdinand is taking advice from older brother Rio as he looks to help Sunderland steer clear of the Premier League relegation zone.[LNB] The Black Cats centre-back is constantly in touch with the Manchester United and England star as he aims to keep his performances at the highest level.[LNB]Ricky Sbragia's North-East outfit are just two points above the bottom three with only two games of the season remaining.[LNB]They travel to Portsmouth on Monday night before welcoming Chelsea to the Stadium of Light on the final day of the season.[LNB]And Ferdinand jnr hopes that the input of his elder sibling, who is on the brink of title glory at Old Trafford for a third successive season, will aid his efforts.[LNB]Family nameHe said: "There's no-one better to have than the best defender in the world as your brother.[LNB]"He's always on the end of the phone line to talk to or quite often I'll send him tapes of my games.[LNB]"He likes to watch and let me know what I'm doing right or wrong.[LNB]"When I play, the last thing I remind myself is that I can't let the family name down.[LNB]"But it goes both ways. If I see he hasn't done something to the best of his ability, I'll text him."[LNB]
