Andy Reid Join's his boyhood club.
Reid heads home. Winger Andy Reid has joined his old club Nottingham Forest, on a free transfer after spending time on loan with Blackpool. The left sided midfielder is the first signing for new Forest boss Steve McClaren, bringing Reid back to the club that he started his footballing life at. Always having rated Reid as a player who has a cracking left foot on him, the problem with the player is his continuing fight with too many pies. The lad’s weight has bounced around for a number of seasons now, which could of give a hand in numerous hamstring problems he has suffered with. But always caused him gaining his first team place at SAFC.
