Al-Muhammadi signs for Sunderland

Sunderland have confirmed the signing of ENPPI defender Ahmed Al-Muhammadi on a season-long loan.The 22-year-old Egypt international has 42 caps and boss Steve Bruce also has the option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season.
