Duo missing for Blues
Stranraer will once again be without Chris Aitken (ankle) and Marc Corcoran (groin) as they look to take points off Rangers for the second time this season.
The Blues go into the game with praise ringing in their ears from manager Stephen Aitken who said: "Some people were thinking our good run ending but the players bounced back in great style on Saturday in the 3-1 win at Brechin.
"Some of the football we played in the first half was the best I have ever seen from a Stranraer team.
"It was a great way to prepare for a tough game against Rangers."
Defender Bilel Mohsni will return to League One action for Rangers after a two-game suspension.
He is likely to replace Sebastien Faure, who will sit out the Stair Park meeting after he was stretchered off following a heavy tackle by Stenhousemuir's Kevin McKinley during Saturday's 3-3 draw, but the Frenchman is likely to return in time to face East Fife this weekend.
Long-term absentees Chris Hegarty and Ross Perry (both ankle), Kyle Hutton (broken leg) and Nicky Clark (broken foot) are progressing but are not yet ready for action.
