All hands on deck for Blues

Stranraer have a fully-fit and suspension-free squad to choose from against East Fife.

The Blues are still looking for their first win of the season and boss Stephen Aitken is eyeing three points.

He said: "I am happy with the level of effort being put in by the boys and the performances we are achieving, but not the results.

"We are looking for the win that will kick-start our season and hopefully we will get that in this game.

"We had a decent record against them last season but they have a different manager and different players so that does not count for much in this game."

East Fife's Gary Thom has recovered from a knock to his face.

Thom's availability gives manager Willie Aitchison a full squad with the exception of striker Christian Nade who remains out with a knee injury.

The New Bayview boss is looking to attack from the first whistle, saying: "This league is very tight and it is much better to win games than draw them. That is what we will be trying to achieve down at Stair Park.

"We will be looking for our midfielders to be flooding in to their box and if we get it right we will score and win, especially if we cut out errors at the back."
