Hull City have decided to pull out of a deal to sign Leeds United striker Richard Cresswell after the 29-year-old failed a medical.
The Tigers had agreed personal terms with the forward but have opted not to pursue their interest in the player.
Chairman Paul Duffen told the Hull Daily Mail "We weren't 100 per cent happy with the outcome (of the medical).
"There was an element of risk involved, which I've decided isn't where we should be, seeing as there's a big financial commitment involved."
