Stoke ponder bid for 5m Vorsah but Beattie needs second scan

Stoke are weighing up a £5million move for towering Ghana midfielder Isaac Vorsah. The 20-year-old powerhouse has been a big hit in Germany this season playing a key role with Hoffenheim's surprise rise up the Bundesliga. Stoke have watched him several times and believe he will qualify for a work permit after the next round of international matches. The 6ft 5ins tall Vorsah can also play in defence and was voted Ghana's Defender of the Year at just 18. Stoke are also monitoring his international teammate Godwin Bonsu, 19.
