Stoke boss Tony Pulis planning to end Wayne Bridge's misery at Manchester City

Unsetttled: Wayne Bridge Stoke boss Tony Pulis is lining up a loan move for unsettled Manchester City defender Wayne Bridge. The 30-year-old has only started one Premier League game under Roberto Mancini this season. And he has been pushed further down the pecking order by the £19million signing of Aleksandar Kolarov. Stoke would face strong competition for the player, with Liverpool, Fulham and Aston Villa also reportedly keen on Bridge. The defender still has two years left on his City contract and wages of £70,000 a week. Stoke also want to keep Eidur Gudjohnsen, despite him not starting a game since arriving from Monaco in the summer. Pulis said: 'We'll need the squad when we start picking up injuries and suspensions.'  Stoke enter race to sign Keane and line up £2m swoop for LarssonJoy division: Sportsmail's fans pick which team they would pay to watchSTOKE CITY FC
