Pulis slams sacking season

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has hit out at the turnover of managers in the game, feeling that clubs are not prepared to wait for success.
Pulis is concerned by the way things are going, feeling that he and his fellow managers have little or no time to build success.
He told The Sentinel: "It's gone absolutely crazy. The rat race has begun and it's become uncontrollable. We have to get a sense of reality back into the game.
"The pressure to get instant results is frightening. Nobody seems to look at the bigger picture and take into account the circumstances in which a manager is working.
"In society today we expect everything instantly, whether it's by the touch of a computer button or an instant meal in a microwave.
"Nobody is prepared to be patient or wait anymore and I'm sure that desire for instant results has spread to football.
"It's worst in the Championship because the pressure is on for every club to chase that Premier League dream."
