Potters to move for Cort

Stoke City reportedly want to sign Crystal Palace defender Leon Cort, with Clint Hill tipped to move in the opposite direction.

Hill is thinking over a move to Selhurst Park where he has been offered the chance to sign a two-and-a-half year deal.

Palace boss Neil Warnock is keen to revamp his faltering squad and Cort played no part in Monday's 2-0 defeat to Watford.

Cort was last season's player-of-the-year at Palace and is valued at £1million, but now looks set to be heading to the Britannia Stadium.
