Potters Defender Joins Eagles

Davies leaves on month long loan Former England Under-21 international Andrew Davies has joined Championship side Crystal Palace on an intial month long loan deal. Davies, 26, has made just 2 starts and four substitute appearances during for the Potters as he approaches his fourth campaign with the club. The £1.5m signing from Southampton has already had numerous loan spells over the past couple of seasons and will hope this latest move, which could be expanded should he prove his form and fitness, will be the springboard needed to get his career back on track, although that is likely to be away from the Britannia Stadium.
