Potters boss: No Kovac deal

Stoke manager Tony Pulis has revealed the Potters have ended their interest in signing West Ham United midfielder Radoslav Kovac. The Potters were keen on a swoop for the Czech Republic international as the Irons look to cut their wage bill, but a move failed to materialise. "We got close to a deal for Kovac last week but West Ham pulled him back and wanted him to stay, so that one is over with," said Pulis.
