Kovac agent confirms Stoke talks

Radoslav Kovac's agent has confirmed Stoke have held discussions with West Ham over the possible signing of the Czech Republic midfielder. Kovac has been heavily linked with a move to Serie A outfit Brescia over the summer but the 30-year-old's agent has now confirmed an approach from Stoke. Pavel Zika says the Potters have held talks with West Ham over the possible transfer but have not yet got as far as offering a contract to Kovac. "There's an interest and I can confirm that some discussions have already taken place," Zika told Deniksport.cz. "However, so far there has been no specific offer on the table." Kovac made 31 Premier League appearances for the Hammers last season.
