Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has offered a new contract to Salif Diao but also released four players.
Senegal international Diao is mulling over a new 12-month deal, but Vincent Pericard, Tom Thorley, Jimmy Phillips and Marc Grocott have all been told their futures lie away from the Britannia Stadium.
Meanwhile, teenage goalkeeper Danzelle St Louis-Hamilton has accepted a new one-year contract, while Henri Camara and Stephen Kelly have returned to their parent clubs following their loans spells with the Potters.
Dave Kitson, Ryan Shotton and St Louis-Hamilton are back at the Britannia Stadium having completed their loan spells elsewhere.
Pulis is already looking to strengthen his squad, telling the club's official website: "We have to change everything.
"We have to push on, we have to move on and that's what we'll be doing."
