Maccabi Tel-Aviv pantomime villain Yoav Ziv is maintaining his innocence despite being caught on camera kicking a boot at the assistant referee as his side lost 3-0 to Stoke. [LNB]Stoke fans constantly booed Ziv after his theatrical reaction to a challenge from Cameron Jerome earned the striker a second yellow card at the Britannia Stadium.
