Stoke are lining up a ?16million double swoop for Tottenham duo Peter Crouch and Wilson Palacios. [LNB]The Potters are hoping to pay around ?8m each for the duo, but are unable to match the lucrative contracts on offer at Spurs and so must convince both players to accept wage cuts.
