Stoke to discuss £30,000-a-week deal with Matthew Etherington to ease winger's gambling debts

New deal: Etherington[LNB]Stoke will resume talks with winger Matthew Etherington over a new £30,000-a-week deal next week. [LNB]Etherington plans to use some of the extra cash to help pay-off his gambling debts that reached £800,000 at one point but are now at manageable levels.
