Stoke goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen could still represent Denmark at the World Cup after his dislocated elbow did not require surgery.[LNB] Sorensen was hurt trying to prevent Salomon Kalou from putting Chelsea 2-0 ahead in the 7-0 thrashing at Stamford Bridge.[LNB]Surgery would have put the 33-year-old's participation in South Africa in severe doubt but he is still in with a chance after his dislocated elbow was put back into place.[LNB]Potters manager Tony Pulis told the club's website: "If he had needed an operation, he'd have struggled to make the World Cup, but there is some encouraging news in that it was put back without the need for that."[LNB]
