Saddlers loan for Stoke's Davies

Stoke City have allowed centre-back Andrew Davies to join Walsall for a one-month loan spell.The 25-year old has played no first-team football since ending his loan at Sheffield United last November. [LNB]The former England under-21 defender has had spells at Middlesbrough and Southampton, but his career has been plagued by serious injuries. [LNB]"I'm really pleased to be here and have the opportunity to play matches," Davies told the club's website.
