Reid On Pilgrims Shortlist
Assistant manager on Plymouth radar Potters assistant boss Peter Reid is on the shortlist to be the new manager at Plymouth Argyle. Argyle, who have just been relegated to League One, have reportedly got a shortlist of four names who they are targetting to take over at Home Park and Reid is one of the preferred choices. The former Sunderland manager left his position as Thailand National coach at the start of last season to become assistant to Potters boss Tony Pulis but it is understood he would relish the opportunity to take the reigns at an English league club again after once guiding Sunderland to promotion to the Premier League, and two seventh placetop flight finishes for the Mackems
