Pulis wary over international break

Stoke manager Tony Pulis admits he is concerned about the effect the international break will have on his players.Glenn Whelan and Stephen Kelly are in the Republic of Ireland's squad for the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers with goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen and Abdoulaye Faye representing Denmark and Senegal respectively."The internationals are a worry, especially when some of them are going to be playing two games, so I'll have something in my mind for the West Brom game," he told Stoke City World."Whether they come back fresh enough, we'll have to see. It's something we'll have to look at."Pulis said after the late win against Middlesbrough it was frustrating to have to wait a fortnight for their next match (v West Brom), especially such an important one as they seek to stay out of the Premier League bottom three."You just wish our next game was tomorrow after a win like the Middlesbrough game," he added. "Winning games helps you gather momentum and it is frustrating having to wait longer for the next game."[LNB]
