Tony Pulis is planning a busy week ahead as he aims to bolster his Stoke squad before the close of the transfer window. [LNB] The Potters have grown in stature over the last four years in the top-flight and are now an established Premier league team. [LNB]An FA Cup final appearance last season, and participation in the qualifying stages of the Europa League this term, are further proof, if any was needed, of that. [LNB]Stoke's participation in Europe and the improved quality of the domestic competition has left Pulis looking for ways to raise the quality at his disposal. [LNB]So far this transfer window, his astute signings of Jonathan Woodgate and Matthew Upson on free transfers have injected a high level of experience and quality into his defence. [LNB]And after watching his Stoke side earn a point through a late Kenwyne Jones header against Norwich on Sunday, Pulis revealed he wants more players in this week. [LNB]"We've done remarkably well over the last four years but we have to improve," he said. [LNB]"We need more quality. I am looking to bring in three or four."[LNB]As for the performance of Norwich, Pulis was wholesome in his praise, adding: "It was a case of banging on the door, hoping it would open. We were flat in the first half, give Norwich credit they were smashing. [LNB]"They'll cause a lot of teams problems this season, especially here at Carrow Road."
