Stoke City manager Tony Pulis believes star winger Matthew Etherington's recent form is good enough to win an England call-up.[LNB] The 29-year-old, formerly of West Ham and Tottenham, was capped at England Under-21 level but is yet to receive full honours.[LNB]Pulis does not know whether Etherington's form has caught Fabio Capello's eye, but he knows what he would do if he were at the national helm.[LNB]The Potters boss thinks that the winger's workrate, coupled with quality down the flanks, makes him the ideal inclusion.[LNB]"Matty has been brilliant for us this season and built on the great form he showed last year," Pulis told The Sentinel.[LNB]"He set the bar high after winning the player-of-the-year award, but the statistics show exactly what impact he's been making since.[LNB]"His form has been England class this season. It's not just his quality on the ball, but his exceptional work-rate.[LNB]"It's up to Fabio Capello where England is concerned, but I know what I would do."
