Stoke boss Tony Pulis has confirmed that he is looking to bring in a number of new faces, but refused to discuss specific players.[LNB] The Potters have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League over the past couple of years and will now be striving to push further up the league.[LNB]A host of names have been linked with the club, although Pulis maintains that he is happy with the squad currently at his disposal.[LNB]The Potters boss recognises that he needs more strength in depth and says funds are available without having to let anybody leave.[LNB]"We need to bring a few in and we are looking to do that, but the ones that are here are absolutely fantastic," he told Sky Sports News after Saturday's 6-0 pre-season victory over Newcastle Town.[LNB]Asked if he would have to sell to buy, Pulis continued: "No, not at all. We have been linked with 138 players I am told."[LNB]One of those consistently connected with Stoke this summer has been Carlton Cole, with reports suggesting that he could join from West Ham in a big-money move.[LNB]Pulis would not be drawn on his interest in Cole, stating that it was not his policy to make transfer targets public.[LNB]Questioned on whether Cole was top of his list, Pulis answered: "I have got about 15 who are top of mine at the moment. [LNB]"We will do our business the way we do our business, and that is by dealing with the other clubs.[LNB]"We will do deals through the right channels. I don't believe in telling everybody what you are trying to do and what you are not trying to do.[LNB]"I think that is disrespectful to other clubs."
