Pulis: First goal knocked us
Stoke manager Tony Pulis admitted conceding so soon after half-time hurt his side as they went down 2-0 to Liverpool at Anfield.
Raul Meireles fired the hosts ahead in the 47th minute before Luis Suarez stepped off the bench to mark his debut with a goal.
Pulis said: "We did okay for the first half but to concede just after half-time knocked us.
"But up until the second goal I thought we were in the game."
