Pulis - Break is frustrating
Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has spoken of his frustration as the international break has come at the wrong time for his resurgent side.[LNB] The Potters have taken 11 points from their last seven games, including beating fellow relegation strugglers Middlesbrough last time out to sit three points above the Premier League drop zone.[LNB]They now face rock bottom West Brom at The Hawthorns next Saturday on 4th April - but Pulis wishes the game was this week as he looks to build on the momentum of beating Boro.[LNB]Added to this is the worry that key players could get injured in the enforced break, with Glenn Whelan and Stephen Kelly in the Republic of Ireland squad and the likes of Thomas Sorensen and Abdoulaye Faye to figure for Denmark for Senegal respectively.[LNB]MindPulis told the club's official website: "The internationals are always a worry, especially when some of them are going to be playing two games, so I'll have to have something in my mind for the West Brom game.[LNB]"Those who are playing two games, whether they come back fresh or not we'll just have to wait and see."[LNB]He added: "We'd rather be playing again next week after that result and that performance.[LNB]"The way we've scored late you just wish that the next game was next week.[LNB]Winning"Winning games helps you gather a bit of momentum and it's frustrating having to wait longer for the next game.[LNB]"We've just got to get on with it.
