Potters must stay focused - Pulis

Stoke captain Ryan Shawcross has urged his team-mates to continue driving forwards in the Barclays Premier League over the next few weeks ahead of their FA Cup semi-final against Bolton. Before the Potters take on Wanderers at Wembley on April 17 they have league fixtures against Chelsea at the Britannia Stadium and Tottenham at White Hart Lane. Saturday's 4-0 thumping of Newcastle took Tony Pulis' side five points clear of the drop zone and Shawcross wants relegation to be off Stoke's agenda by the time the Bolton game comes around. "We have two massive games in the Premier League before we can start thinking about Wembley," Shawcross told the club`s official website. "The priority is to ensure we that we stay in this league and if we can pick up a few more points in what will be two very difficult games against Chelsea and Tottenham, then we can enjoy the cup semi-final even more so." He added: "We are in mid-table at the moment looking upwards and there is every chance that we can outdo last season's performance in terms of points and position, but the Premier League table is incredibly tight this season."
