Poll results: 1) Wilson Palacios - 51.1% - Defensive midfielder arrived on deadline day for £8m. Has been a great combative midfielder in recent years but has lost his way at Spurs in 2011 after a personal tragedy. Very exciting player who could have a massive impact on the Potters midfield 2) Peter Crouch - 26.7% - Tall striker signed in the last moments of the transfer window for a club record £10m fee will see the Potters profile raised and hopefully the England man can use his top flight and european experience to fire the Potters to success over the coming years 3) Jonathan Woodgate - 17.8% - Experienced centre half picked up on a bargain free from Spurs, with the added bonus of being on a pay as you play deal so the Potters aren't affected financially if the players injury problems resurface.
