How the Potters stars rated in the final home league game of the season Asmir Begovic - 7 - Very solid display from the full debutant, got behind everything, no scares and kicking was good for the majority but faltered towards the end Andy Wilkinson - 8 - Great display on return to the side. Gave natural balance to the side and bombed forward when possible and nothing got past him at the back Danny Higginbotham - 7 - Solid display after being shifted to left back to accomodate Huth in the centre. Gave good support on the left and was strong in defence Ryan Shawcross - 8 - Dominated in defence as he controlled the backline, won everything in the air and mopped everything up on the floor Robert Huth - 7 - Strong as ever and looks as safe as houses in the centre. Looks by far the best defence and hopefully the centre back pairing will be together for years to come Rory Delap - 5 - Dreadful miss at the start of the second half and had a bit of a mare out on the wing. Hopefully a real right winger will come in during the summer and Delap will be well down the pecking order for the wing slots Matthew Etherington - 7 - Far from his most fluent display but he did open out his legs a few times and gave the full back problems everytime he did. Dangerous and cross for Delap was perfectly into his run Dean Whitehead - 7 - Got up and down all game and was busy. Won the ball more often than not and also showed great pace and ball control when bombing forward once or twice on the break. Glenn Whelan - 7 - Had a decent game, spreading the ball well, but was unable to find the killer final ball and missed the target with a couple of shots of his own Mama Sidibe - 7 - Better than recent performances as he won a lot in the air and also contributed well with the ball on the deck. That overhead kick though, oh dear! Ricardo Fuller - 8(Man of the Match) - Fantastic display leading the line. He is bang in form right now and everytime he gets the ball the crowd are waiting for something special to happen, and more often than not he delivers Liam Lawrence - 6 - Didn't have long but put plenty of effort in and went close with one shot Tuncay - 6 - Tried to keep the ball moving in the limited time he had on the pitch and make something happen but his luck was out. Put effort in and didn't let the few boo's that greeted his arrival get to him Danny Pugh - 6 - Got up and down the left wing well in the final minutes after he came on but final ball was missing
