Stoke midfielder Liam Lawrence is hoping for a belated run in the Potters' side at the end of a frustrating season for the Irishman.[LNB] The Republic of Ireland midfielder has struggled to hold down a place in the team and completed only his second full game since November in Saturday's 1-0 win over West Ham.[LNB]Lawrence told the club's official website: "Being back was a breath of fresh air for me. It has been a topsy-turvy year and things have not gone as I would have wanted them to, but it is just good to be involved again and playing.[LNB]"It was my first 90 minutes for a while and I think I did okay. To get the win was fantastic but now I'm shattered.[LNB]"I just want to play in as many games as I can between now and May. Hopefully I have done enough to keep my place for next week."
