Dave Capostagno reports on latest news regarding Jon Walters Roy Keane has vowed Jon Walters will never play for Ipswich again after axing the Tractor Boys skipper for the visit of Burnley.    Walters who has been linked with a move to the Potters all summer was stripped of the captaincy and dropped from the team after a training ground incident on Friday.     Keane said “I don’t think that a player who has a clear desire to leave should be captain.  I thought it was a straight forward decision.  Jon’s reaction was unbelievably overboard, so he had been disciplined and as long as I’m manger of the club he will never kick a ball for us.  We’ve had another offer from a different club – not Stoke – and the owner is negotiating with them at the moment”    This all coming after Keane saying only a week earlier Walters was the second best striker in the championship last season.
