Fulham sign Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan from Stoke

Stoke joke: Eidur Gudjohnsen has left the Britannia Stadium for Fulham[LNB]Eidur Gudjohnsen has joined Fulham on loan from Stoke until the end of the season. [LNB]The Potters gave the go-ahead for the Iceland international to make the move shortly before the 11pm transfer deadline.[LNB] The 32-year-old former Chelsea and Barcelona striker then agreed personal terms with the Cottagers and passed a medical, which was organised locally so that he could complete the paperwork in time. [LNB]Gudjohnsen, who becomes a free agent in the summer at the end of hisone-year contract with Stoke, has made just five substitute appearancessince arriving at the Britannia Stadium last August.[LNB]'It has been an incredibly frustrating time for Eidur,' City managerTony Pulis told Stoke's official website.
