Tony Pulis believes the addition of Peter Crouch from Tottenham will help bring out the best in fellow striker Kenwyne Jones.[LNB] The Potters swooped for the England international from White Hart Lane on transfer deadline day before the summer window closed.[LNB]Jones has missed Stoke's last three outings with a hamstring injury, although Pulis is hoping to welcome him back against Fulham.[LNB]Stoke have stiff competition for places up front and Pulis thinks the addition of Crouch to the likes of Jon Walters, Cameron Jerome and Mamady Sidibe will help bring out the best in Jones.[LNB]Pulis remains a huge fan of Jones' qualities and believes once he regains match sharpness that he is one of the Premier League's most lethal strikers.[LNB]"Kenwyne had been looking sharp again this season before his injury," Pulis told the Sentinel. "And us bringing in Peter Crouch will improve him.[LNB]"Peter is a top player and Kenwyne will learn from him. But Kenwyne is also a great player and I have great respect for him.[LNB]"On his day he is unplayable and as good as anything in the Premier League.[LNB]"The competition will bring the best out of him."
