Stoke striker Peter Crouch says he has been amazed by the squad's work ethic since joining from Tottenham.[LNB] The 30-year-old scored his first goal as he grabbed the equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Saturday.[LNB]The result saw the Potters drop to seventh place in the Premier League table, as they responded after falling to their first defeat of the season against Sunderland a week earlier.[LNB]Tony Pulis' side are also balancing the Europa League with their league schedule and have already played 12 competitive games this season.[LNB]Crouch has played for Liverpool, Portsmouth, Southampton, QPR, Aston Villa, Norwich and Spurs but says he has never been part of a team who work harder than the Potters.[LNB]He told the Sentinel: "Since I have been here, I have never known a character and willingness to work like Stoke City's.[LNB]"The manager has installed it and, when I first signed, he said I have to be part of that.[LNB]"He said I have to work hard and that, first and foremost, is what he expects.[LNB]"I think that is why we get results and why we got this result against Manchester United. [LNB]"We created chances and, so long as we play like that, we will do well this season."
