Ribeiro returns to City from County

The Robins are facing a selection headache for Saturday's FA Cup tie with Cardiff as Lewin Nyatanga is suspended and Jamie McCombe is struggling for fitness. James Wilson, who will return from his loan spell at Brentford on New Year's Day, is also out with a lower back problem. A statement from County said: "Stockport County would like to thank Christian for all his efforts during his short spell and wish him all the best on his return to Ashton Gate." The 20-year-old made seven appearances for the Hatters.
