Mullins lands captaincy

Stockport boss Gary Ablett has handed the captain's armband to Johnny Mullins following the departure of Michael Raynes to Scunthorpe.Raynes quit the crisis-torn League One outfit shortly before the transfer window closed to join the Iron for an undisclosed fee.He will now be succeeded at Edgeley Park by defender Mullins, who is rated as doubtful to face MK Dons at home on Saturday due to a knee injury.
