Poole was sent off for the second time this season in Tuesday's 1-0 defeat at Bristol and now serves a two-match ban. Ablett also looks certain to be without striker Jemal Johnson after he was substituted against the Pirates after picking up a hamstring injury. He was replaced after just 39 minutes by former Liverpool winger Ritchie Partridge, who could now be handed a starting role. Johnny Mullins is a doubt with an ankle injury and could miss out again, but fellow defender Danny Swailes is expected to shake off a dead leg and be passed fit. County have won two of their last four matches but remain rock-bottom of League One.
