Local derby first up for Hatters

County will hope to make a winning start before successive home games against Bristol Rovers and Carlisle respectively on August 15 and 18. A busy opening month is completed with a trip to Brighton and another home showdown against newly-relegated Southampton. The Hatters face fallen giants Leeds at Elland Road on September 5 before the return clash at Edgeley Park on December 28, which comes two days after a Boxing Day trip to MK Dons. Oldham visit Edgeley Park on January 16 before County end their campaign with a home clash against Tranmere on May 8.
