Stockport midfielder Adam Griffin has been named player of the year in the club's end-of-season awards.Jordan Rose won the Young Player of the Year title and Players' Player of the Year went to Greg Tansey, who also won Goal of the Season for his effort again Northampton.Relegated County are gearing up for life outside of the Football League for the first time in their 106-year history.
