Dicker completes Seagulls switch

The 22-year-old Dubliner becomes Russell Slade's first signing as Albion boss and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's visit of Tranmere after chairman Dick Knight agreed a loan fee with cash-strapped County. "Russell was keen to bring him here and we've been able to persuade Stockport and help them a little financially at the same time," said Knight.
