Deal agreed for Stockport buy-out

Stockport County's administrators have agreed a deal to sell the club to a consortium fronted by former Leicester and Manchester City player Jim Melrose. The consortium will now begin discussions with rugby union club Sale Sharks, who are the League One outfit's Edgeley Park landlords.
