CCTV issued of rail theft suspect

A CCTV image of a man suspected of a series of luggage thefts from trains on a section of the West Coast Main Line has been released by police.Eight thefts, mainly of laptop cases, have occurred on the line between Carlisle and Crewe since 3 September. The most recent incidents took place on two separate trains between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport this month.
