Morecambe midfielder Carl Baker insists he is happy to remain with the Shrimps, despite talk of interest from a number of clubs in his services.
The 25-year-old has netted ten goals in 33 games since his summer arrival from Southport and Baker says he is enjoying life at Christie Park.
He told the Lancashire Evening Post: "I'm not leaving Morecambe.
"I'll be glad to see the back of January, because all this transfer stuff has affected my form. I'd be lying if I said it hadn't put me off my game.
"But it wouldn't benefit me moving now. I've only had six months at Morecambe and I'm settled and happy here. It is not the right time to leave."
