Turnbull injured his ankle in a 1-0 victory against the Mariners on Saturday, but the club revealed he should be fit to face Linfield next Saturday.
There was not such positive news of Matty Mainwaring, who was taken to hospital with a fractured tibia and fibula following a heavy challenge and underwent surgery on Sunday.
