Simpson primed for fight
Stockport boss Paul Simpson accepts his side are likely to be involved in a relegation dogfight for the rest of the season.
County are hovering just above the drop zone after 11 games and Simpson believes his side must show greater defensive strength if they are to climb the table.
However, he said: "We can't get screwed up about it, we've got to keep working with the players.
"We are in a dogfight at the moment and will be for the rest of the season."
