Raynes believes in Hatters survival
County are holding up the rest of League One after an horrendous run of 11 straight defeats and they remain in administration.[LNB]The club's continued existence remains deeply uncertain, but Raynes insists relegation can be avoided.[LNB]He said: "I think we've got more than enough quality to start moving up the table.[LNB]"Things haven't been going for us recently but I'm confident the tables will start to turn and we will move out of the relegation zone and stay in this division."[LNB][LNB]
